Officials said crews will sand intersections and hills tomorrow and urged drivers to give space to workers and limit travel to emergencies.

Dr. Shane Speights warned that bitter cold temperatures create health risks for residents venturing out during snow removal tasks — heavy exertion may lead to heart stress, falls, and frostbite.
He advised young children and seniors to dress warmly and limit outdoor time today.

At First National Bank Arena, Arkansas State rallied from an 18-point deficit to win 74-67 against James Madison Sunday as Crislyn Rose scored 28 points.
The Lady Red Wolves will face Georgia State on Thursday at 11 a.m.
After beating JMU, the Red Wolves showcased standout plays from Destinee Rogers, Crislyn Rose and Zyion Shannon during an intense game that energized the season.
Meanwhile, the Arkansas State/James Madison women’s basketball match was postponed due to facility issues, and fans await its rescheduling.
