  • The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis reported modest growth in Arkansas and the surrounding region + rising input costs in its Beige Book released yesterday.   • Gas prices in Jonesboro jumped nearly 30 cents in one week to an average of $2.89 a gallon, compared to $2.83 statewide. A local driver at a station on Red Wolf Boulevard said filling up is a must despite the higher cost.  Northeast Arkansas News

  • On Wednesday, Over the Top Aviation hosted an event in Northeast Arkansas where mental health professionals from Tailgate Time offered support to farmers facing economic hardships.   • Memphis-based Baptist Memorial Health Care and Arkansas Methodist Medical Center have finalized their merger, transferring all AMMC assets including the Paragould hospital, assisted living facility and eight clinics to Baptist.
