  • Jonesboro residents are invited to join the 2nd Annual Story of Hope Brunch on April 19 from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Story Rentals — 801 S. EDUCATION NEWS

  • Arkansas State University will host Faculty Appreciation Week from Monday, Mar. 16 to Friday, Mar. 20. The event schedule includes a drop-in breakfast and ice cream social on Tuesday, a lunch and learn, and a convocation on Thursday — all to honor the faculty.  Jonesboro Right Now
  • On Thursday, the ASU System Board of Trustees approved projects on the A-State campus including the first phase of a 26,000 sqft, $15 million CREST Center funded by grants, public funds, and loans, and granted a right-of-way easement to Jonesboro for pedestrian and bike improvements — while exploring NMTC financing.  Jonesboro Right Now
  • More than 330 high school seniors participated in the Here2Hired event hosted by Jonesboro Unlimited at Nettleton High School Gymnasium, connecting with regional employers before graduation.
