- ➤ Emergency crews responded Friday morning at 8:15 a.m. near U.S. Highway 67 and State Highway 226, west of Cash, to a cropduster crash in western Craighead County— the pilot survived without injuries and the sheriff’s office and FAA are investigating the cause. K8 News

- ➤ The 30th annual Delta Symposium—sponsored by Arkansas State University’s Department of English, Philosophy and World Languages and Black River Technical College—will feature the premiere dance performance ‘Movement in Time’ by Facet Dance Collective. - ➤ The Foundation of Arts is hosting the third annual Oasis Film and Digital Media Festival from April 11th to 13th at the FOA Forum Theater at 115 East Monroe Ave in downtown Jonesboro. The festival will feature free film workshops, panels and screenings of local and international films plus an outdoor movie night showing 'Twisters' on April 11th at 7:30 p.m. with a tornado safety panel.
