- ➤ Region 8 has opened multiple storm shelters ahead of severe weather. In Jonesboro residents can use shelters at Westside Middle School and the Courthouse Annex for safe refuge—residents are advised to bring flashlights, food, water and blankets. K8 News
- ➤ JRN compiled a list of public storm shelters on March 30 in Craighead County in response to incoming severe weather. The list includes the Valley View tunnel at the Junior High entrance, Westside Middle and High Schools, and the Reng Student Union for ASU students — more shelters will be added as they open.
