  • Temple Baptist Church in Jonesboro hosts its monthly food and clothing giveaway every second Friday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at 2834 Race Street — the program partners with the Food Bank of Northeast Arkansas to help families facing food insecurity.  Northeast Arkansas News
  • Jonesboro D.A.R.E. will host the 10th annual Color Me D.A.R.E. Fun Run on Saturday, Apr. 25 at the Central Baptist Church Pavilion on Harrisburg Road.   • State law enforcement agencies will host Arkansas Drug Take Back Day collection sites on Saturday, April 25 to help residents safely dispose of unused medications and prevent opioid misuse in our community.
