  • Former Red Wolf Izaiyah Nelson was invited to the NBA Draft Combine in Chicago, scheduled May 10 to 17, after a standout season at South Florida where he earned key conference honors. He is one of only three non-power conference players invited.  K8 News
  • In a close game, Arkansas Razorback hitters rallied in the bottom of the ninth while trailing 4-3 to Ole Miss. The team needed strong plate appearances and showed patience beneath pressure (an intense inning that tested their resolve).  Delta Digital News Service
