- ➤ Jonesboro Public Schools students from Leadership, Visual+Performing Arts, International Studies, and Health, Wellness+Environmental Science magnet programs will take part in their first Elementary Science Olympiad; the contest challenges fourth- through sixth-graders to apply their science skills in a friendly competitive setting. - ➤ Arkansas Boys State will host 580 students from 200 high schools, including local delegates from Valley View, Westside, Brookland, Nettleton, and Ridgefield, during its 85th summer session at the University of Central Arkansas in Conway from May 24-29.
