Whataburger, the burger chain started 75 years ago in Corpus Christi, will open a restaurant at the Southern Hills mixed-use development on Southwest Drive between Interstate 555 and Mt. Carmel Road.

The plan was announced on May 10 in a Coldwell Banker Village Communities Facebook post + the project will also include several other businesses.

KASU 91.9 FM, the public media service of Arkansas State University, will mark its 68th birthday on Saturday, May 17 at Cooper Alumni Center with a ticketed event featuring live music, an exhibit, buffet fare, and JET shuttle service—tickets are $25.

The station will also host a one-day Birthday Fun(d) Drive on Monday, May 19 to support its on-air programming and community fundraising.
