- ➤ American flags will be on display at many local businesses this Saturday, June 14 as part of a longstanding community service project by the Jonesboro University Heights Lions Club—set-ups will not occur if there is a more than 50 percent chance of rain and members provide flags, poles, and brackets for $45 each year. - ➤ Detectives and a civilian search party discovered skeletal remains near Lake Ashbaugh Tuesday afternoon and the Greene County Coroner’s Office sent them to the Arkansas State Crime Lab in Little Rock while state police from Jonesboro assisted in the investigation. Delta Digital News Service
