- ➤ The Delta Regional Authority awarded nearly $900K to three northeast Arkansas projects, with Arkansas Northeastern College receiving $300K for industrial maintenance training + Black River Technical College getting $300K for a robot welding lab and the Center on Rural Innovation receiving about $298K for IT training in Phillips County. The grants are part of a $7M federal effort that will create nearly 2,500 jobs + train around 3,000 people. Delta Digital News Service
