- ➤ Luther Sutter, a Little Rock attorney with cases in Northeast Arkansas, filed a defamation lawsuit against Thurstle Mullen over claims made on Jonesboro’s Best Yard Sale and News Site, and Mullen says he no longer has access to Facebook or Instagram. Mullen filed a counterclaim on July 11 seeking damages + his filing accuses Sutter and his firm of helping remove his accounts while the lawsuit remains pending. NEA Report
