Three local business groups launched the Drive Away in a Santa Fe giveaway this morning—rewarding a Northeast Arkansas resident with a 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe with the sales tax paid and weekly $500 cash prizes during a ten-week promotion.

The giveaway will conclude Saturday, Oct. 4—when contest winners must show their bounce back text at Cavenaugh Hyundai’s new dealership on S. Stadium Blvd.

On July 24th, the Arkansas Single Parent Scholarship Fund awarded 58 scholarships to local single parents from seven counties in Northeast Arkansas, including 24 from Craighead County, to help cover college and skilled-trade costs—applications for fall scholarships will open on Aug. 1.
