The Allen Park All-Inclusive Playground reopened on Aug.

Arkansas State University has updated its journalism program to a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications with a news emphasis that gives students hands-on experience — including partnerships with Delta Digital News Service, KAIT and sports broadcasting projects.
