- ➤ Jonesboro police said that after a victim dropped her credit card at Love’s Travel Stop on July 8, 55 year old Shannon Booker from Paragould used it for four unauthorized purchases totaling $443.87 and a judge found probable cause on Aug. 13 to charge her with felony theft of property, fraudulent use and theft of $1,000 or less while she awaits arraignment on Sept. 30 on a $50,000 bond.
