- ➤ The City of Jonesboro announced that the Neighborhood Cleanup for September will take place on Saturday, Sept. 6 at Parker Park located at 1506 N. Church St.—residents may drop off unused items from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. while free paper lawn bags are available and city staff will help load items into dumpsters. Residents who cannot attend may drop off unwanted glass at the City Incinerator at 2650 Lacy Drive from 7 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays. The Fox 104.9
