  • NEA Divine Intervention moved to a new large facility at 2222 Spence Circle in Jonesboro—opening a foundation house for women and planning a transitional home for men to open on Oct. 1.   • Arkansas State University remembers longtime broadcaster Richard Carvell (who served 37 years at the university and led KASU's broadcasting) after he passed away Monday.
