- ➤ The Purple Ribbon Project will host the 2025 Northeast Arkansas Rescue 5K Rescue Run at Craighead Forest Park in early October to benefit animal rescues including Arkansas Pet Savers, Biscuit’s Legacy and Northeast Arkansans for Animals. - ➤ On September 11th, first responders gathered at NEA Baptist Conference Center for the 10th annual breakfast honoring 9/11—offering free dine-in and carryout options as a moment of remembrance.
