- ➤ Logan Williams started a youth baseball tournament to raise money and awareness for Down Syndrome—it has already raised over 50,000 dollars for the Mid-South Down Syndrome Association. - ➤ Arkansas recorded $636.3 million in net available general revenue in September, which was 8% lower than last year—income and sales tax gains partly offset lower corporate tax collections.
